Executive Actions and Executive Treason By: Author Gray Grossman
An Amazingly Exhilarating and Intellectually Political Ride!!!
From the very first chapter of “Executive Actions”, following the character Theodore Wilson Lodge as well as each and every one of the other’s through this political thriller of exceptional intrigue has been amazing. All the way through to the very last chapter of “Executive Treason” and the character of Roarke ……
Author Gary Grossman’s attention to detail at times had the feel of “The Godfather” mixed with “Ocean’s 11” and a dash of “Meet The Press” with a side order of “Watergate” of “The Borne Identity”….. I was totally enthralled. Each piece of the journey through this political thriller was perfectly orchestrated, and masterfully thought out to result in this amazingly exhilarating and intellectually political ride…… I give “Executive Action” and “Executive Treason” By: Author Gary Grossman a definite 5 Stars!!!!

Toney L.A. Tripp Author of the week June 17th 2012
Money Talks is close to being re-released. So is Diaries. All Jacked Up In The Hood is about to come out this summer, I hope. Also have a short non-fiction memoir about to be released as well.
L.A. Tripp dwells just outside the bible belt with his wife, three kids, and at times a pet balloon. These days, Mario of Mario Bros fame takes the place of the balloon for the 8 year old.
Tripp celebrates life and freedom by taking neighborhood walks with the two youngest kids and meeting neighbors. Sometimes a dog or cat will cross their path, but most always the kids pick a flower for mom.
Tripp loves to craft stories with plain words that will entertain you, if only you'll give him a few hours of your time. In return for that pleasure, he's always grateful to read on Amazon how much you loved the book, he hopes.
Money Talks - debut
Monica - 2nd (same series)
Royce and Troy will finish that series
The Dating Doctor Diaries - stand alone
The 4th of New Years - stand alone anthology
All Jacked Up Prequel/Short Story
All Jacked Up

Gradual Descent by Patricia Morrissey
Gradual Descent
I love, love love, detective mysteries. Though this was a rather different detective story. It sort of reminded me of the old PBS Masterpiece Mystery of Detective Linley Mysteries or Wallander.
Bold, interesting and absolutely good.
But don't take may word for it. Read it yourself and find out if you feel the same way.

Broken Spokes by Arlene R. O’Neal
Broken Spokes by Arlene R. O’Neal is a remarkable book.
It is full of excitement, encouragement, hopefulness, creative well being and most of all unconditional love. Everyone struggles with reaching adulthood, it is almost impossible not to take sorrows from childhood along for the ride. It lingers mentally and shows it colors without reason. Learning to understand all these emotions can only enhance life as it did in this wonderful story. This book brought back memories that have haunted me for years, but I had shoved them back in my memories so far, the black cloud had covered all my awareness of such sorrow. As I read this book it all rushed back to me and I began to feel hopeless, fearful, somehow loss for words. I also experience hospital stays, the nurses came whizzing back to my mind of stern, anger, heartless feelings to my pain.
In the understanding she brought to me in the story I was able to deal with this pain and see it in a new positive direction.
Her amazing dog Little Bitt that she adored, to whom I never petted, I felt as if I had.
It is a great story, engaging and hopeful. Anyone who reads this will feel many emotions but in the end will feel somehow advocated and whole again as I have.
I think this book would be a good reading tool in school, it explains many emotions that some may or never understand but this book would be an excellent tool.
This book deserves a 5+ from a swickle point of view. This book is well worth reading and sharing with someone that you love.

Ceder Woman
A love story, a learning lesson all told with both fiction and reality. Not often do you get this in one book, but you get this and more in the Cedar Woman.
It's the story of Lena beginning with her parents meeting on their wedding day. They meet then and not only does their marriage survive it thrives through both good and bad. It is the story of Lena from childhood into adult.
In adulthood she meets her soulmate who loves her with a love like no other could love this young girl. We learn of their love and aspirations. We meet people who both guide and help Lena meet her dreams. We learn of the Native American customs, ceremonies, food with recipes. We learn the language with both pronunciation and definition. We learn of the treatment for cleft palate. Most of all we learn of the things that make us the same and not different from one another.
I both laughed and cried. One ceremony marking the anniversary of death while a Native American ceremony in the book resonated with words spoken to me often by my Polish mother. Over and over I noticed not our differences but our similarities.
Can not wait for the follow up. In the meantime, I wll read again, and again, and again.
I give this book a 5 and this was read and reviewed by JoAnn Calderone
